These terms govern your use of Kyumi. Please read them carefully; they explain your rights, your responsibilities, and ours.

These terms govern your use of Kyumi, provided by Kyumi, Inc. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use Kyumi. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. Your content and IP
You keep all rights to the files, designs, comments, and decisions you upload. You grant us a limited license only to host and process that content in order to provide the service. We claim no ownership of your content, and we never use it to train foundation models.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
- Do not upload content you do not have the rights to.
- Do not use Kyumi for anything unlawful.
- Do not circumvent security or access controls.
4. Plans, billing, and free tier
Paid plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually, as shown on the pricing page. Free-tier limits are described there as well. You can cancel or downgrade at any time; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Suppliers and third parties
You are responsible for who you invite to your workspace and for the parts and information you choose to share with suppliers and other third parties.
6. Service availability
Kyumi is provided on an "as is" basis. We work hard to keep it running, but we do not guarantee a specific uptime unless it is set out in a separate written agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may end this agreement at any time. On termination you will have a window to export your content, after which we will delete it in line with our privacy policy.
8. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyumi disclaims implied warranties, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new date at the top of this page.
