What we collect

• Account info such as your name, work email, and workspace details.
• Content you upload, including CAD files, drawings, comments, and decisions.
• Usage data about how you interact with the product.
• Technical logs such as device and browser information.

Why we use it

We use your information to provide, improve, secure, and communicate about the service, and to bill you. We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing

Some features send your content to third-party AI providers to generate summaries. That content is processed only to serve you and is not used to train their models.

Subprocessors

We use a small set of vendors to run Kyumi. You can see the current list at kyumi.ai/subprocessors.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion, after which it is removed from our systems.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data under laws such as GDPR and PIPEDA. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].

International transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers from the EU and UK.
